Infinity Design Studio

By purchasing from Infinity Design Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

1. All Sales Are Final

Infinity Design Studio provides custom design services and digital products. Due to the nature of creative and digital work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued once:

• Work has begun

• A concept, draft, preview, or final file has been delivered

• Digital files have been sent or made accessible

• The client has approved any stage of the project

This applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or business outcome.

2. No Refunds for Subjective Dissatisfaction

Design is a subjective service. Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Dislike of design style

• Change of mind

• Personal or brand preference changes

• Failure to communicate expectations clearly

• Comparison to other designers’ work

• Claims that the design did not produce desired results (sales, engagement, growth, etc.)

Infinity Design Studio does not guarantee business performance or success.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for:

• Providing accurate content, details, spelling, and instructions

• Reviewing all drafts and previews carefully

• Approving designs before final delivery

Infinity Design Studio is not liable for errors approved by the client, including but not limited to:

• Spelling or grammar errors

• Incorrect information

• Color, size, or formatting preferences

Approved designs are considered final and non-refundable.

4. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited strictly to what is stated in the selected package.

• Requests outside the original scope are considered new work

• Additional revisions are subject to extra fees

• Revision requests must be submitted within the designated timeframe

Failure to request revisions within the timeframe results in automatic project closure.

5. Project Abandonment

If a client becomes unresponsive for 7 consecutive days:

• The project will be marked as abandoned

• No refunds will be issued

• Restarting the project may require an additional fee

6. Refund Exceptions (Rare & Sole Discretion)

Refunds are only considered if:

• Work has not started at all

• The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

• Infinity Design Studio is unable to provide the agreed service

All refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Infinity Design Studio.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting Infinity Design Studio first are considered a violation of this policy.

Infinity Design Studio reserves the right to:

• Provide this policy, proof of work, and communication records to payment processors

• Permanently refuse future services to the client

• Revoke usage rights to all delivered designs until disputes are resolved

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Ownership rights transfer only after full payment is received

• Refunds, disputes, or non-payment void all usage rights

• Infinity Design Studio retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

9. Force Majeure

Infinity Design Studio is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Technical issues

• Internet outages

• Illness

• Emergencies

• Platform failures

Such events do not qualify for refunds.

10. Policy Updates

Infinity Design Studio reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
