Infinity Design Studio

These Terms & Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases, services, and interactions with Infinity Design Studio. By accessing, ordering, or purchasing from Infinity Design Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Products

Infinity Design Studio provides custom design services, digital products, and may offer physical products. All services are provided on a project-by-project basis and subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.

2. Payments

  • Full payment is required before any work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed or cancelled services.

3. No Guarantees

Infinity Design Studio does not guarantee:

  • Business growth, sales, or engagement

  • Market success or performance

  • Client satisfaction beyond delivery of the agreed service

Design outcomes are subjective and based on client-provided information.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Review and approve designs carefully

  • Respond within reasonable timeframes

Infinity Design Studio is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client responses.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work

  • Revisions are limited to the package selected

  • Requests outside the original scope constitute new work and may incur additional fees

  • Excessive or unreasonable revision requests may result in project termination without refund

6. Project Delays & Abandonment

If a client is unresponsive for 7 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Reactivation may require an additional fee

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of Infinity Design Studio until full payment is received

  • Usage rights transfer only after full payment

  • Infinity Design Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of designs is prohibited.

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

All refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact Infinity Design Studio before filing any chargeback or dispute.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Termination of services

  • Revocation of usage rights

  • Permanent refusal of future service

Documentation may be provided to payment processors as evidence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinity Design Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Errors resulting from client-approved content

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Third-Party Services

Infinity Design Studio may use third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes made by third parties.

12. Force Majeure

Infinity Design Studio shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, technical failures, or government actions.

13. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a client:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical behavior

  • Misuses or misrepresents our work

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados.

15. Policy Updates

Infinity Design Studio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
