Infinity Design Studio

1. Shipping Locations

At this time, Infinity Design Studio ships physical products within Barbados only.
We do not offer international shipping outside of Barbados at present. International shipping options may become available in the future, but availability is not guaranteed.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [X–X] business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • Product availability

  • Customization requirements

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated only and not guaranteed. Infinity Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or logistical issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, including in cases of delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order

Infinity Design Studio is not liable for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Re-delivery or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Infinity Design Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review. Approved claims may result in a replacement at our discretion.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

8. Future Shipping Availability

Infinity Design Studio reserves the right to:

  • Expand or restrict shipping locations at any time

  • Change shipping rates, couriers, or delivery methods without prior notice
